Sell and List Your El Paso Home by Yourself

The program is called Seller U for For Sale By Owner, and it was created to help specifically F.S.B.O. to try to sell their home using the same tools we Broker/Agents use to sell homes.

The concept is very simple. The Listing Contract is a flat fee of $500.00 to list the property on the Multiple Listing Service Greater El Paso Association of Realtors for six months, place home on different web pages provided by Point2 agent for marketing property, and broker to be presenting all offers and counter offers in behalf of the seller. Owner has the option to cancel listing at any time by advising agency by email. As part of the fee, a search engine will be created from Multiple Listing Service that will send owner what is available, pending, and sold in the sub division where the house is located. Seller controls the price of what is put on the MLS, and the commission to selling agent. Any changes needs to be e-mailed to broker.
